Here at Cool Fundraising Ideas, we’re all about helping organizations, schools, and individuals raise money in fun and creative ways. We know fundraising can be boring and tedious, which is why our motto is “Making fundraising cool again!”

Our story begins back in college when our founder, Chip Funderson (may he rest in peace), was trying to raise money for his fraternity’s annual charity drive. Tired of the usual carwashes and bake sales, Chip decided to think outside the box. He organized a 24-hour video game marathon, a dunk tank with professors, and a silly hat day for donations. The drive was a huge success!

Since then, Chip made it his mission to help others turn their fundraising from dull to fun. After graduating, he gathered a team of equally passionate creatives to brainstorm and test crazy cool fundraising concepts. From pet costume contests to community talent shows, if it’s original and engaging, we want to try it!

Over the years, we’ve helped schools, charities, churches, sports teams, and more raise millions through our evolutionary list of cool ideas. And we’re just getting warmed up!

Our team continues to keep our fingers on the pulse of pop culture to come up with new fun fundraising events. We also rigorously vet ideas, selecting only the coolest concepts with the highest chance of success.
